Attic Treasures Sale to Support VPIS Programs

The annual Attic Treasures Sale will take place at the Falls Church Community Center this Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Visitors can find treasures at the oldest and largest annual fundraising sale in The Little City. All proceeds will support the Falls Church Village Preservation and Improvement Society’s community programs like the summer Concerts in the Park series.

Those interested in donating household items for resale and reuse can drop them off at the Community Center on Friday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Items that will be accepted include kitchen tools, musical instruments, recordings, small plants, gardening tools, antiques, collectibles, toys, jewelry, hardware, and books. Clothing, bicycles, and computer equipment will not be accepted.

Volunteers are needed, and they can contact Michael or Marybeth Connelly at 703-237-0604 or mbdoncon@gmail.com to express their interest.

The Falls Church Community Center is located at 223 Little Falls St., Falls Church. For more information, visit vpis.org.
