Arlington developer Mark Silverwood has announced plans for a five-story, 180-unit apartment building on the 74,360 square foot Shreve Oil lot on Lee Highway near the Falls Church-Arlington border adjacent the W&OD Trail. The website ARLNow.com reported the news earlier today. The project, to be called Shreve Apartments, will eventually require approval by the Arlington County Board.

The project will include a detached 2,000 square foot retail space that may work for a restaurant, and 228 underground parking spaces.
