Falls Church Garden Club President Mary Chaves (left) and ex-President Alma Kasulaitis recently planted a tree at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School in honor of Kasulaitis’ stewardship of the club for the past two years. Kasulaitis is a Master Gardener, longtime F.C. resident, volunteer for many local organizations, and a leader in the Northern Virginia gardening community for many years. The F.C.
