City Pushing to Become Virginia’s 1st EPA Green Power Community

The City of Falls Church is encouraging businesses and residents to support its effort to make Falls Church the first EPA Green Power Community in Virginia. City businesses and residents can purchase Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to match some or all of their electricity usage or generate green power onsite. Participants can receive a decal, yard sign, or certificate to help promote their involvement in the efforts.
