City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for March 5 – 11, 2013 

NOTE: This report is not a definitive list of all criminal activity and is subject to change upon investigation. 

Narcotics Violation, 800 block Parker Ave. On Mar. 5, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 20, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.

Destruction of Property, 6795 Wilson Blvd. #41 (Morningstar Travel Agency) On Mar. 6, a window was reported smashed.

Felony Habitual Larceny, Assault & Battery, and Obstruction of Justice, 300 W. Broad St. (The Stratford Motor Lodge) On Mar. 6, a male, 49, of Lorton, was arrested for Felony Habitual Larceny, Assault & Battery, and Obstruction of Justice.

Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, 100 block Chanel Terr. On Mar. 7, a male, 34, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for three counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Larceny from a Motor Vehicle, 6763 Wilson Blvd. #R1 (Planet Fitness) On Mar. 7, an unknown suspect(s) smashed a vehicle window and stole a purse found in plain view.

Noise Violation, 6609 Wilson Blvd. (Vietnam Supermarket) On Mar. 8, a truck was picking up refuse after hours. The driver, a male, 52, of Culpeper, was arrested and released on summons for a Noise Violation.

Assault, 700 W. Broad St. (Burger King) On Mar. 8, an unknown male spat in the victim’s face unprovoked.

Panhandling, 1000 block E. Broad St. On Mar. 8, a male, 29, of Alexandria, was arrested and released on summons for Panhandling.

Larceny from Building, 500 block Roosevelt Blvd. On Mar. 9, a bicycle was reported stolen from a communal storage area.

Possession of False ID and Public Drunkenness, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. On Mar. 10, a male, 24, of Alexandria, was arrested for Possession of False ID and Public Drunkenness.

Prescription Fraud, 134 W. Broad St. (CVS Pharmacy) On Feb. 26, a female, 26, of Annandale, was arrested for Prescription Fraud.

Trespassing, 223 Little Falls St. (Falls Church Community Center) On Mar. 11, a male, 49, no fixed address, was arrested for Trespassing.
