City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for February 12 – 18, 2013

NOTE: This report is not a definitive list of all criminal activity and is subject to change upon investigation.

Public Drunkenness, 6795 Wilson Blvd #20 (Pho Bien) On Feb. 12, an individual, 41, of Springfield, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Trespassing, 6795 Wilson Blvd. On Feb. 13, an individual, 55, no fixed address, was arrested for Trespassing.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6779 Wilson Blvd. (Café Vy) On Feb. 14, an individual, 30, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area. Another individual, 35, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Permitting Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd. (Café Gio) On Feb. 14, an individual, 47, of Burke, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Public Drunkenness and Smoking In A Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Feb. 15, an individual, 42, of Falls Church, was arrested for Public Drunkenness and Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Destruction of Property, 315 S. Maple Ave. (TL Seafood) On Feb. 15, the business reported a glass window was smashed.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd #16 (Café Le Mirage) On Feb. 16, an individual, 30, of Washington, D.C., was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area. Other individuals, one 28, of Annandale; another 29, of Woodbridge; and another 37, of Springfield, were arrested and released on summons for Permitting Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Driving Under the Influence, 300 block E. Broad St. On Feb. 17, an individual, 22, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Driving Under the Influence, Child Neglect, and Refusal to Submit to a Blood or Breath Test, 700 block E. Broad St. On Feb. 17, an individual, 37, Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, two counts of Child Neglect, and Refusal to Submit to a Blood or Breath Test.

Narcotics Violation, 200 block E. Broad St. On Feb. 17, an individual, 22, of Leesburg, was arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.

Noise Violation, 400 block W. Broad St. On Feb. 18, the driver of a trash removal vehicle, 39, of Woodbridge, was arrested and released on summons for a Noise Violation.
