U.S. Census: F.C. Has Highest % of Wealthy

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the City of Falls Church has the highest percentage of households in the entire U.S. that are among the top five percent in income. Twenty-five percent of F.C. households earn $191,469 and higher, according to the report, published Monday in the Washington Post. The next highest are Loudoun and Fairfax counties at 21 percent each. Arlington is at 18 percent. Seven of the top 15 jurisdictions in the U.S. are located in the greater D.C. area.
