City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for January 22 – 28, 2013 

NOTE: This report is not a definitive list of all criminal activity and is subject to change upon investigation. 

Noise Violation, 6621 Wilson Blvd. On Jan. 22, an officer observed a refuse truck pickup trash after hours. The driver, a male, 47, of Front Royal, was arrested and released on summons for a Noise Violation.

Shoplifting, 1053 W. Broad St. (Nourish Market) On Jan. 23, an unknown suspect stole food merchandise from the store.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #16 (Café Le Mirage) On Jan. 24, a male, 50, of Falls Church; was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area. An employee, a male, 28, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Permitting Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Driving Under the Influence, Eluding Law Enforcement, and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test, 100 block Liberty Ave. On Jan. 25, a male, 25 of Fairfax, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Eluding Law Enforcement, and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test.

Public Drunkenness, 220 N. Washington St. (State Theater) On Jan. 26, a male, 25, of Lexington Park, MD, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Shoplifting, 1230 W. Broad St. (Giant Foods) On Jan. 27, a male, 53, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Shoplifting of Merchandise.
