St. Luke’s United Methodist Church is providing free meditation workshops this winter. For stress reduction, rest, and calmness, those interested can attend the workshops and learn modern and traditional meditation practices. Those who need childcare can RSVP in advance to seraphim13@gmail.com.

Upcoming workshops will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the church on Jan. 22, and Feb. 5, and on Jan. 27 and Feb. 10 at 6 p.m.
