CrossFit Coming to Falls Church

CrossFit Falls Church is planning to open 130 W. Jefferson Street in early January. CrossFit Falls Church is a sister gym to CrossFit Adaptation in Shirlington, It is owned by Curtis Blake and will be managed by Linsey Kokal. Registration is now open for Group Elements classes through January at 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that incorporates constantly varied, functional fitness while performing at high intensity. It is the principal program used by many police academies, tactical operations teams, military units, martial artists, fire fighters, and hundreds of elite and professional athletes. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it applicable for any committed individual regardless of experience.
