Otis was recently adopted from a Lost Dog adoption event, and his Falls Church owner has fallen in love with the Lab-Shepard mix. John Petro has owned many wonderful dogs in his 74 years – his most recent, for 14 years – and says that little Otis brings more love and happiness to his home than he could ever have hoped for.
