The Compassionate Friends to Hold Candle Lighting Service Dec. 9

The Arlington Chapter of The Compassionate Friends will host their annual candle lighting service next Sunday at 6:30 p.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 5533 N. 16th St., Arlington. The guest speaker at the event is Dr. Coralease Ruff, author of “Her Light Still Shines.”

The Compassionate Friends assists grieving families following the death of a child. The names of departed children and siblings will be read, and candles will be lit.
