Brits on Broad, the new salon and boutique in Falls Church, is hosting a grand opening party on Saturday, Sept 29 from 6 to 9 p.m. The eclectic shop, located where Bangkok Blues operated, is owned and operated by Virginia Bowles and Joan Van Steyn.
