Angela Fox, president/CEO of the Crystal City Business Improvement District, will make a special presentation to the Falls Church Economic Development Authority on Tuesday, September 11 at 7 p.m. Ms. Fox will describe how the BID has used special arts and cultural events, creative marketing, and other innovative programming to change the image of Crystal City from an office center to a lively entertainment and dining destination. The meeting, which is open to the general public, will be held in the Dogwood Room in City Hall, 300 Park Avenue.
