The next Falls Church Farmers’ Market chef demonstration will feature Andrew Dixon, executive chef at Mad Fox Brewing Company. Dixon, winner of the 2012 Taste of Falls Church, will be preparing kale salad with butternut squash “bacon” this Saturday.
As with all Falls Church Farmers’ Market chef demonstrations, recipes and tasting will be available from 9 – 11 a.m.
