City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for October 16 – 22, 2012

Shoplifting, 701 W. Broad St. (Point of View) On Oct. 16, a pair of eyeglass frames was stolen. A female, 28, of Washington, DC, was arrested for Grand Larceny.

Driving Under the Influence, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. On Oct. 18, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 26, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Larceny from Building, 1051 E. Broad St. (Koons Ford) On Oct. 18, the business reported an unknown suspect(s) stole motor oil from unsecured tanks sometime between overnight.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Oct. 18, a male, 37, of Manassas, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Driving Under the Influence, 110 N. West St. On Oct. 19, a male, 21, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Sexual Assault, 300 block S. Maple Ave. On Oct. 19, at approximately 4:20 p.m., an unknown suspect grabbed the victim’s buttocks. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’7″ to 5’9″ tall, wearing blue jeans, a khaki long sleeve shirt and a red baseball cap.

Public Drunkenness, 6793 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Oct. 21, a male, 35, of Baltimore, MD, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Disorderly Conduct, 1117 W. Broad St. (Don Beyer Volvo) On Oct. 21, a male, 29, of Vienna; and Maryann Pham, 33, of Baltimore, MD, were arrested and released on summons for Disorderly Conduct.

Domestic Assault, 300 block Sycamore St. On Oct. 21, a male, 49, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Assaulting a Family Member.

Driving Under the Influence, 600 block E. Broad St. On Oct. 22, a male, 35, of Alexandria, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
