Classes Cancelled at MEH Tomorrow

Due to ongoing emergency sewer line repairs, classes at Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School have been cancelled for Thursday, Oct. 18. MEH staff are expected to report to GMHS TLC at 8:30 for a training day.

On Wednesday, an issue developed with a sewer line beneath the lower level locker room at the school. It was determined early in the evening that water will need to be shut off at varying times to the facility throughout Thursday while repairs are made. Out of the concern for the health and safety of students, Superintendent Toni Jones announced that the day would be a training day for staff only.
