Frightening Fun Planned for F.C.’s Halloween Carnival

The City of Falls Church invites the public to its annual Halloween Carnival, set for Saturday, Oct. 27. This ghoulishly good time will take place in the Falls Church Community Center, 223 Little Falls St., Falls Church.

Families with children in the second grade and younger are encouraged to visit between 6 and 7 p.m., leaving the 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. hour for those with children in grades 3 through 5. Admission for children ages 2 and older is $2 per child. Adults and children younger than 2 will be admitted free of charge.

A live Creepy Creature show of spooky critters will take place twice during the evening, at 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. The show is suitable for all ages. Other featured activities include carnival games, a moon bounce, crafts, and a Haunted Trail. Halloween treats will be provided as well.

The Halloween Carnival has been held annually for more than 30 years and is organized by the Falls Church Recreation and Parks Department. For more information, call 703-248-5178.
