2nd Maller Appeal to Supreme Court Denied

A petition to the Virginia Supreme Court for a rehearing of his case that had been earlier denied was again denied to former Falls Church City Councilman Dan Maller last month that challenged the legality, under the Falls Church City code, of subdividing residential lots based on their underlying “substandard” compositions.
