City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for September 4 – 10, 2012

Vandalism to Vehicle, 300 block Timber Ln. On Sept. 5, an unknown suspect(s) made a small cut onto the body of a vehicle sometime overnight.

Shoplifting, 134 W. Broad St. (CVS Pharmacy) On Sept. 5, an unknown suspect stole a carton of cigarettes.

Vandalism to Vehicle, 100 block S. Spring St. On Sept. 5, an unknown suspect(s) slashed a tire on two vehicles parked in front of the same residence.

Vandalism to Vehicle, 100 block S. Spring St. On Sept. 5, an unknown suspect(s) slashed a tire on a vehicle parked in front of a residence sometime overnight.

Vandalism to Vehicle, 100 block S. Spring St. On Sept. 5, an unknown suspect(s) slashed a tire on a vehicle parked in front of a residence sometime overnight.

Public Drunkenness, 900 block S. Washington St. On Sept. 6, a male, 36, of Herndon, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Larceny from Vehicle, 300 block E. Broad St. On Sept. 7, an unknown suspect(s) stole cash from three unlocked vehicles parked in front of a residence sometime overnight.

Larceny from Building, 7124 Leesburg Pike (George Mason High School) On Sept. 7, an unknown suspect(s) stole an unlocked bicycle from the property.

Tampering with Vehicle, 200 block W. Jefferson St. On Sept. 7, an unknown suspect entered two vehicles and left the vehicles in disarray. No items were taken.

Public Drunkenness, 100 block S. Maple Ave. On Sept. 7, a male, 21, of Vienna, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Larceny from Building, 200 block Maple Ave. On Sept. 8, personal items were stolen from a residence. Warrants were issued for the suspect.

Driving Under the Influence, and Refusal to Submit to a Blood or Breath Test, 200 block W. Annandale Rd. On Sept. 8, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 29, of Richmond, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to a Blood or Breath Test.

Narcotics Violation, 100 block W. Westmoreland Dr. On Sept. 9, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 23, of Alexandria, was arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.

Driving Under the Influence, 400 block S. Washington St. On Sept. 9, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 22, of New Carrollton, MD, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Disorderly Conduct, 100 block Little Falls St. On Sept. 10, a male, no fixed address, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

Destruction of Property, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #14 (Bach Tuyet Jewelers) On Sept. 10, a glass door was found broken after an alarm was activated. Warrants were issued for the suspect.

Domestic Assault, 1216 W. Broad St. (Pietanza) On Sept. 10, a male, 36, of Falls Church, was arrested for Assaulting a Family Member.
