The only Baptiste Power Vinyasa affiliate yoga studio in the metropolitan area, Dancing Mind Yoga offers 60-, 75-, and 90-minute classes for advanced yogis and novices alike. Temperatures at the studio stay at around 93 to 95 degrees to promote detoxification and cleansing.

Since opening four years ago, Dancing Mind Yoga has aimed to be a “community destination where people can heal their bodies, get a great workout, recharge their batteries, let go of the day-to-day grind, and learn to deal with the ups and downs of life,” Operations and Sales Director and yoga instructor Maggie Lively said. This close community environment and the variety of workshops and trainings provided are the reasons Lively believes Dancing Mind Yoga maintains its popularity.

Yoga session options range from introductory classes to one-year memberships.
