Nature, History Art Show Set for Green Spring Gardens

The annual Fall Show and Sale of the Springfield Art Guild is set to open later this month at Green Spring Gardens. The show and sale, presented by the Friends of Green Spring Gardens, will take place in both the Historic House and the Horticultural Center at Green Spring Gardens.

The exhibit of artwork dedicated to nature, horticulture, and local history, judged by Lisa Semerad of The Art League School in Alexandria, opens Aug. 28 and rungs through Oct. 28. A reception and awards ceremony will be held Sept. 9 from 1 – 3 p.m. in the Horticultural Center.
