James Vincent Rackowski was arraigned last Wednesday, July 25, charged with one felony county of unlawfully discharging a firearm in a building stemming from a 29-hour standoff with Falls Church and other area police units on June 25 and 26. The Arlington County Circuit Court date is set for Aug 23.
