NOVAM Names New Executive Director

The board of directors of the 25 year old Northern Virginia AIDS Ministry (NOVAM) announced that Jane Beddoe has been named officially as its Executive Director. She served as interim director since October 2011.

NOVAM, which is based in Falls Church, provides effective and best practice HIV/STI and pregnancy prevention education targeted to youth, and compassionate services to individuals, children, and families affected by HIV/AIDS. Beddoe joined NOVAM in 2005 as Director of Client Services. She previously worked with The Women’s Center as a Program Manager in Educational Programs and Professional Services. Beddoe, a long-time resident of Falls Church, has a BS in Human Development from the University of Massachusetts. For more information visit www.novam.org.
