Willow Chef to Give Gluten-Free Gnocci Demo

Tracy O’Grady of Arlington’s Willow Restaurant will be the next chef to give a recipe demonstration as part of the Falls Church Farmers’ Market Chef Demonstration series this Saturday.

O’Grady will be making gluten-free potato gnocchi with summer squash and oven-dried tomatoes to launch her new line of gluten free mixes. The mix will be available for sale at the demonstration. As with all Falls Church Farmers’ Market Demonstrations, recipes and tasting will be available from 9 – 11 a.m. at the market, located in the parking lot at City Hall, 300 Park Ave., Falls Church.
