JOHN GENOVESE, a George Mason High School graduate of 1992 and son of Nancy Genovese and the late Robert Genovese, graduated May 19 from Boston University with a DMA in music composition.
John received his Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Michigan and his Master of Music degree from the University of California at San Diego. He presently teaches online music theory for Boston University. John lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, Katherine Genovese, a Marine and teacher at the Navy School of Music, and son, Nicholas.
