An appeal by former Falls Church City Councilman Dan Maller of his civil suit to prevent residential developments in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue from going forward, based on an interpretation of City zoning guidelines, was dismissed by the State Supreme Court last month, the News-Press has learned.
