Nine Virginia Commonwealth University students have been awarded scholarships through the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program for study abroad during the summer and fall semesters this year.
Among them is Aaron Leulu from Falls Church. The junior information systems major received a scholarship to study at the University of Bradford in Bradford, England.
