Allen-Kaine Debate Schedule Released

Following George Allen’s GOP U.S. Senate primary victory Tuesday, a schedule of debates between Allen and Democratic U.S. Senate nominee Tim Kaine was released yesterday. The dates begin in late August and include a Sept. 14 debate at the Arlington campus of George Mason University and a Sept. 23 debate sponsored by the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce at the Capital One Tysons Corner complex in McLean.

The Sept. 14 debate will be broadcast live on WJLA-TV and the Sept. 23 debate will be televised live on NBC 4. Other debates are set for dates in Richmond, Virginia Tech and Hampton Roads.
