The Falls Church News-Press has announced that it has endorsed U.S. Rep. Jim Moran in the June 12 Democratic primary. Moran is seeking an 11th term as the U.S. Congressman from the 8th District of Virginia that includes the City of Falls Church. “The 8th District has been fortunate to have someone of Rep. Moran’s caliber, both as a lawmaker and as a moral force, to represent it in the Congress all these years,” the News-Press statement said.
