On April 14, Long became the 13th member of VMI’s 100-point club, capping his career with 107 points. His milestone tally came on an assist to Anderson Caldwell in the second quarter.

As of May 3, Long was ranked 48th in 2012 for points per game, averaging 3.0 per game.
