Mad Fox Brewing Company has hired Andrew Dixon as its new Executive Chef. Dixon served as Executive Chef at the Semiahmoo Resort in Blain, Washington, where he managed six food outlets for three properties.

Mad Fox’s new chef will soon introduce a new menu utilizing local growers and including more seafood. Under the direction of Mad Fox CEO and Executive Brewer Bill Madden Mad Fox brews all its British, Belgian and German style beers in-house, including its award winning Kölsch Kellerbier and the English Summer Ale.
