Jane Goodall Speaks at Langley School for Earth Day

goodallThe Langley School welcomed world-renowned primatologist Dr. Jane Goodall to campus for the school’s Earth Day assembly last Monday.

Goodall spoke to students about the importance of caring for the Earth and its inhabitants. She also described some of her early experiences with animals and explained why she decided to travel to Tanzania in the 1960s to study wild chimpanzees. Goodall praised Langley for its many green initiatives and was thrilled by the enthusiasm of the students.
