Police Seek Fugitive Spotted in Tysons Corner Area

The Fairfax County Police Fugitive Unit seeks the help of the public in finding a fugitive. After he was spotted browsing in the Barnes & Noble bookstore at Tysons Corner Mall Saturday around 12:30 p.m., there was foot chase through the mall and into an upper-level parking garage, ending near the loading docks near a service entrance as the suspect narrowly eluded officers.

Police have characterized fugitive Todd Michael Corrado, 39, as armed and dangerous and are seeking any information leading to his whereabouts.

Corrado has escaped from police agencies across the area multiple times over the past year. There are warrants for his arrest for felony larceny, felony speed to elude, resisting arrest, assault on a police officer, DWI, burglary, auto theft, numerous drug charges and others.

Corrado is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 160-180 pounds, with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. He frequently is seen around Tysons Corner, and the Annandale and Alexandria areas of Fairfax County. There is a reward leading to his capture.
