McLean AAUW Meeting to Address School Bullying

The McLean Branch of the American Association of University Women will hold its monthly meeting on April 17 at 7 p.m. at the McLean Community Center. Its program will focus on bullying and sexual harassment in middle school and high school.

Leslie Vandivere, last year’s co-chair of the Fairfax County Public Schools Human Relations Advisory Committee, will speak on Fairfax County’s efforts regarding bullying in the public schools.

Holly Kearl, an AAUW program manager in the Legal Advocacy Fund department, will review the results of her research and writing on sexual harassment.

All are welcome to attend this meeting. For information, call 703-536-6498 or visit mcleanaauw.org.
