F.C. Parks and Rec Basketball Season Ends, Victors Named

Boys and girls from across Falls Church played in the Falls Church Parks and Recreation Department’s youth basketball leagues this winter and spring. As the seasons came to a close, teams in each division proved themselves in tournament play and with their season records.

The Girls 4th/5th Grade regular season and tournament champions were the Hornets. The tournament runners-up were Lunachicks.
The Boys 4th/5th Grade tournament champions were Vicious and Delicious, and the regular season and tournament runners-up were the Wolverines.
The Boys 6th/7th Grade tournament champions were the Bulls, and the regular season champions were the Phalanx Men.
The Girls 6th/7th Grade tournament champions were Blue Rage, and the regular season champions were Twizzlers.
The Boys 8th/9th Grade regular season and tournament champions were the Bulls, and the tournament runners-up were Angry Birds.
The Girls 8th/12th Grade regular season co-champions were Bam and Galaxy Swag. Bam won the tournament championship and Monsterz were the runners-up.
The Boys 10th/12th Grade regular season and tournament champions were McCarthy, and the tournament runners-up were Bullets.
