Nearly 20 high-ranking members of armed forces from across the globe and government officials were in attendance. After an hour-long presentation by News-Press staff members, Col. Rich Outzen presented those who spoke to the group with tokens of their appreciation. Pictured above, Outzen presents News-Press Owner/Editor Nicholas F.
