Pizzeria Orso has hired Will Artley as its new head chef. The former Evening Star Café chef has replaced Chris Nye who is moving to Birch & Barley in DC’s Logan Circle. Artley attended the Culinary Institute of America and VPN Americas, the American Delegation of the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana, an international nonprofit organization founded to cultivate the culinary art of making Neapolitan pizza.
