City to Accept Applications for Rental Assistance Program

The City of Falls Church will accept applications for its Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program starting Monday through noon on March 16. Applications are only available in the Housing and Human Services office (City Hall, 300 Park Ave., Suite G04) during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The TBRA Program provides 12 months of temporary assistance to eligible households renting in the City. Households must meet the income limits and cannot have more than $40,000 in total liquid assets to participate in the program. Program funds are limited and eligible applicants will be ranked based on order received and alignment with the selection criteria.
