F.C. Woman Recognized for 8 Years of Service at Sunrise

Maria Robles was recently recognized for eight years of service at Sunrise Senior Living. Robles was a certified nurse assistant when she began as a care manager at Sunrise of Springfield. She transferred to Sunrise of Falls Church where, in 2008 she became a registered medication aid.

In addition to her work at Sunrise of Falls Church, Maria is an interpreter for the Arlington County school system. She came to this country from Guatemala where she attended Marriquim University and in 2010 she received her U.S. citizenship.

Ms. Robles is currently studying to become a registered nurse and lives with her daughter in Falls Church.
