An 18-year-old from Falls Church died at Inova Fairfax Hospital Friday as a result of injuries he sustained in a traffic crash on Jan. 2. Carlos Hernandez, of John Marshall Drive, was a passenger in the back seat of a 2001 Honda Accord and was ejected during the crash.
