The annual “Road to Richmond” brunch featuring members of the Democratic Party’s Northern Virginia delegation heading the next day to the upcoming legislative session in Richmond will be held this Sunday, Jan. 8, at 11 a.m. at the Springfield Golf and Country Club, 8301 Old Keene Rd., Springfield.
