Mason High Jazz Ensemble Performs at N-P Party

Twenty-seven members of the George Mason High School Jazz Ensemble showed up last week to entertain more than 200 who attended the annual Falls Church News-Press holiday party.

They included: Alto Saxophone – Phoebe Galt, Matt Germond; Tenor Sax – Devin Divecha, Katharine Wakeley, Nina Kravinsky, Soravit Sophastienphong; Baritone Sax – Matt Earman; Trumpet – Jack Ulyses, Rachel Croxton, Preston Custer, Austin Gogal, Matteo D’Agostino; Trombone – Sarah Devlin, Sam Cashin, Claire Schmidt, Max Hendrix; Piano – Virginia Rice, Carrie Gudenkauf; Drumset – Tyler Waters, David McAllister; Bass – Matt Abel, Nate Cooper; Clarinet Quintet – Nathan Frost, Emma Washa, Sally Lewis, Lauren Bowling, Hannah Shenouda.
