NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED BOND FINANCING BY THE CITY OF FALLS CHURCH, VIRGINIANotice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Falls Church, Virginia (the “City”) will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 28, 2011 in accordance with Section 15.2-2606 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, on the issuance of a general obligation public improvement bond of the City in the estimated maximum amount of $10,000,000 to finance the cost, in whole or in part, of the refunding of its General Obligation Public Improvement Bond, Series 2006, and its General Obligation Public Improvement Bond, Series 2008, and certain public school, City Hall and recreation and parks projects. The public hearing, which may be continued or adjourned, will be held at 7:30 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. All public hearings will be held in the Council Chambers, 300 Park Avenue, Falls Church, Virginia.
