World Children’s Choir to Sing in Arlington Holiday Concert

The World Children’s Choir Holiday Concert, “The Peace of Christmas,” will be performed Saturday, Dec. 17, at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.

Proceeds from the concert will go to the choir’s scholarship fund for children and teens from families who are financially disadvantaged.

The concert will be performed at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20, with $10 tickets for seniors and students 12 and older, and children ages 3 – 11. A limited number of free tickets will be available for people with financial difficulties.

The World Children’s Choir celebrates cultural diversity through music, promoting positive international relations, and asking people to work together to create a peaceful, healthy world for children. World Children’s Choir singers (ages 4 – 18) live in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and many towns and cities throughout northern Virginia.
