Crafters to Sell Wares at McLean Community Center

McLean Community Center’s annual McLean Holiday Crafts Show returns for a 29th year from Dec. 2 – 4.

The show draws thousand of shoppers each year with its hand-crafted, American-made goods.

Show hours are 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 2; 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec.3; and 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4.

Show admission is $2 for adults, $1 for children up to age 13, and is good for all three days of the show.

New to the show this year is silhouette artist Marie-Helene Grabman, who will hand cut portraits of family members or pets. Patrons can call the center to set up a five-minute appointment.

Musical ensembles from McLean High School and the McLean Youth Orchestra will perform seasonal favorites at various times during the weekend. Lunch and dinner entrees as well as a variety of snacks, sweets and beverages will be for sale courtesy of La Madeleine Country French Café.
