2941, the Fairview Park fine dining French/American restaurant, will take a brief hiatus beginning January 1 to convert the restaurant into an upscale, less formal dining destination.
The restaurant, which will reopen following the addition of a grill and a dedicated pasta station in mid-January, will offer guests a modern American menu with Mediterranean influences designed by Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel. Wine Director Jonathan Schuyler will be offer an updated wine list with more than 20 wines by the glass and a focus on good value. The restaurant will also carry a greater selection of cocktails and craft beers. The dining room will be updated and a more defined bar and lounge area will be created, introducing flexible, high-top seating to allow for larger parties in the lounge.
