F.C. Artists to Showcase Crafts at Vienna Community Center

More than 80 local artisans of the Northern Virginia Handcrafters Guild will be featured at the 29th annual Thanksgiving Weekend Art and Craft Showcase at the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry St., SE, Vienna.

Among the artists are five from Falls Church: Irene Dietz, who creates doll clothes for the American Doll; Warren Dietz, who makes doll furniture; Bob Horowitz, a woodturner who creates bowls, vases, platters and other home accessories; and Peter and Rochelle Salter, who create wooden boxes.

The show dates and times are Friday and Saturday, Nov. 25 and 26, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 27, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Admission is $3. For more information, visit nvhg.org.
