City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for October 25 – 31, 2011

Graffiti, 115 Hillwood Ave. (Anime Pavilion) On Oct. 26, an officer found graffiti on the rear cement wall.

Assault and Battery, 917 W. Broad St. (El Zunzal) On Oct. 27, officers responded to the location for a report of a fight. A male, 42, of Falls Church, was arrested for Assault and Battery.

Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test, 400 block W. Broad St. On Oct. 27, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 38, of Rockville, MD, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test.

Unlawful Entry, 100 block Chanel Terr. On Oct. 28, officers responded to the victim’s residence for a report of a suspect entering the property. After further investigation, officers later arrested, a male, 32, of the City of Falls Church for Unlawful Entry.

Larceny from Building, 6795 Wilson Blvd. #21 (Hai Lua Restaurant) On Oct. 29, an unknown suspect stole an unattended cell phone.

Driving Under the Influence, 500 block Greenwich St. On Oct. 29, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 38, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Driving Under the Influence, 804 S. Washington St. (7-Eleven) On Oct. 30, an officer responded to the area for a report a vehicle crashing into the building. The driver, a male, 25, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Larceny from Vehicle, 900 block Ellison St. On Oct. 30, an unknown suspect(s) stole a generator from the victim’s vehicle sometime overnight.

Driving Under the Influence, 1000 block W. Broad St. On Oct. 31, a malle, 26, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
