Voters in districts that have been affected by changes due to redistricting are in the process of receiving new voter registration cards by mail. The new voter registration cards reflect the changes that the Virginia General Assembly passed regarding the decennial redistricting process.
Specifically, the whole of the City of Falls Church has been redistricted into State Senate District 35 (previously in 31). Old registration cards can be discarded once the new ones arrive. This change will not affect polling place locations.
